CHICAGO: A recently released report states that a shooting that happened on the city’s South Side left four dead and at least four other injured.
According to the Chicago police, they responded to the scene after a shooting was reported around 5:30 a.m.Tuesday. There was a night party happening at the residence. The source mentioned the shooting happened in the 6200 block of South Morgan Street in Englewood.
Police said an argument occurred which resulted in this deadly shooting. As per the authorities, no one is taken into custody.
A 25 year old man and the other, whose age is not known, were shot at the back of the head. They suffered serious injuries and were immediately taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center. Their current health situation is unknown.
Along with that, there is a victim, a woman, who is in a critical situation. She was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center. A 23 year old man self transported to St. Bernard Hospital. Later transferred to the University of Chicago Medical Center. He also suffered from life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
